We completely redesigned the website, building a CMS to empower TED’s internal team to manage and evolve the platform independently. The new site structure was crafted to both educate visitors about available products and services and guide them seamlessly toward purchasing.
A key challenge was presenting the customizable options for each collection in an intuitive way, which we addressed by creating a straightforward "how it works" section. To support TED's growth, we introduced a streamlined, configurable product experience using Typeform, enabling clients to easily select preferences and submit detailed order requests by providing their home information and contact details.
